2019/2020 HIRE RATES

Our minimum hire period is 2 nights / 3 days: shorter hires are possible, but will be subject to a minimum rate equivalent to hiring for this period. Our hire rates are shown below, and are inclusive of the following:
  • VAT
  • Comprehensive insurance for one driver (aged between 25 and 75 years old and with a clean licence. Additional drivers – £6 per day.)
  • Collection and return of vehicle at Overland UK’s Base or anywhere in Lancaster City Centre. (Manchester Airport, Liverpool Airport or any other North West location available at extra cost).
  • Parking for one vehicle at Overland UK’s base.
  • Breakdown cover (Some offload exclusions apply)

A £200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking (which will be deducted from the final invoiced amount). The balance of the hire charge is due 6 weeks before collection. Credit card details are required before collection to cover the insurance excess (£1,000).
